Joan's Wedding Dress Crib Quilt

Joan got in touch to see if I could turn her vintage wedding gown from Saks Fifth Avenue into a crib quilt for her brand-new granddaughter. Of course I was happy to oblige:

The base of the quilt is made from the heavy white satin of the dress and the lace overlay you see is from the row of beautiful buttons running up the back.
